Options worth considering
Hiring a part-time WhatsApp admin yourself provides full control over training and supervision. The monthly cost is around Rp3,362,368, which includes salary, BPJS contributions, and THR. However, you need to consider the time required for recruitment and training processes. Part-time workers are also entitled to leave and social security, adding administrative complexity.
Using an agency or BPO for a WhatsApp admin can be a more flexible option. The monthly cost ranges from Rp3,500,000 to Rp5,000,000, depending on the services and experience offered. Agencies typically handle training and administration, but this comes at a higher cost compared to hiring in-house. Agencies also offer flexibility in staff replacement if needed.
