How we started
PT Indomus Trading Solutions is registered as an Indonesian PT PMA, with operations in Semarang and a team working directly with clinics and beauty businesses across Java. Arcana AI grew out of one observation we kept seeing: clinic owners were losing patients not because their treatments were worse, but because their replies were slower.
A WhatsApp at 11pm that gets answered at 9am is a patient who has already moved on. An Instagram DM sent on a staff day off is a lead that never comes back. We saw the same pattern, clinic after clinic, and started building a system to handle it automatically — in Bahasa Indonesia and in English, at a quality of conversation comparable to the best human receptionists.
Why Arcana exists
In 2026, AI is finally mature enough to handle a clinic conversation end-to-end — booking, confirmation, follow-up, escalation. What we observed in the Indonesian market was a clear gap: AI that was good at general content, but underwhelming for the specific conversations clinics actually have — pricing for botox, scheduling for scaling, the steps in a thread lift.
Every AI configuration we deploy goes through Indonesian quality control — tested against real scenarios, by native speakers of both languages, before it ever touches a paying clinic. We do not push automatic model updates without testing. We do not replace your brand voice with a generic template. Every clinic gets its own AI — trained on that clinic's services, pricing, policies, and tone of voice.
Philosophy
Three principles we hold to:
First, there is a human at the end of every WhatsApp thread. When you message Arcana, you reach the founder of this company, not a ticket in a queue. For critical issues, we respond inside 30 minutes during business hours.
Second, pricing is shown openly. There is no "contact us for pricing" on this site. There is no retention call when you cancel. You subscribe month-to-month — and if we are not delivering value, you stop.
Third, Indonesian accountability. As an Indonesian PT PMA, we are subject to UU PDP. Your patient data stays in the same jurisdiction as your clinic. There is no third-party provider holding data in an ambiguous jurisdiction.
What's coming next
Our roadmap is focused on three things: more natural voice conversations on the Dominion tier, deeper integration with clinic POS systems (so we can track revenue per treatment), and more advanced marketing automation for clinics with active TikTok and Instagram presences.
What we will not do: sell patient data, add hidden fees, or force your clinic to use our platform as the single source of truth. Your calendar stays yours. Your CRM stays yours. Arcana runs on top of it — not underneath it.
