Patient data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We operate as an Indonesian PT PMA and are subject to UU PDP (Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law). Only your clinic accesses your data — there's no cross-client data sharing. When you end a subscription, your patient data is exported back to you and deleted from our systems within 30 days.
