Options worth considering
Hiring an in-house social media admin provides flexibility in managing content and audience interactions. However, costs can vary depending on experience and location. In major cities, salaries can reach up to Rp9 million per month, excluding additional costs such as BPJS contributions and holiday bonuses. This option is suitable if you require full control over your social media strategy.
Using an agency or BPO service can reduce the burden of recruitment and training while providing access to a more experienced team. Monthly costs range from Rp3 million to Rp7 million, depending on the services chosen. Agencies typically offer faster reply times compared to hiring in-house but are still slower than AI automation.
AI automation like Arcana AI offers an efficient and cost-effective solution with a subscription fee of Rp1,750,000 per month. This service operates 24/7 and can reply to messages in approximately 15 seconds. It is ideal for businesses that require quick and consistent responses without additional costs for benefits and insurance.
